I haven't ever been a big TV fan; but, I've recently gotten hooked on two crime dramas:

Flashpoint and Criminal Minds! Just love the ensemble cast and the great story lines!!!

Maybe for some people but Gordon ramsey is a prick who knows how to read a cook book and gets paid millions to show how much of a prick. I'd love to go to one of his restaurants and order a bowl of cornflakes just to annoy him!
