Do you have a DVR/PVR to replay lap SC 29/58 green restart. At :30 seconds after green KR is off track. At 1:22 after green, Massa's car stops just off track in a dangerous place. At 2:02 after restart KR comes to stop in pit, he had to pit for fuel. Watching the race last night, I thought it very suspicious the timing and place when Massa stopped his car. He appeared to be trying to bring out a Safety Car/Full Course Yellow. Bob Varsha the host of SPEED TV made a comment that the pit strategy of KR was strange. Massa had nothing to lose, if KR could pit just before a full course yellow, he would be at the front going back to green.

An interesting theory, but I'm not so sure Massa would do that. The reason? He wants to prove that he can do the job just as well as Kimi. So it would have made far more sense to just hold in there and try to pick up one or two points than to get none at all for the sake of helping your main rival get just one or two, putting him ahead of you.

James Allen commented on that too and it would've played into KRs hand if the safety car had come out. Possibly just a last ditch attempt to salvage something from a disasterous weekend by Ferrari.

One race into the season, and here we go again: the wildest conspiracy theories about Ferrari are already flying high!

:lol: and you dont support Ferrari

No, that was simply stating a fact since nobody was presenting any facts for the wild speculations.

I'm not sure about BMW's performance - it's too early and the Aussie GP has traditionally been a one-off race for most teams. The quali promised a lot after the sandbagging winter season. However, during the race BMW didn't live up to that new promise - they were not on race pace with McLaren.

According to BBC Sports Massa had an engine failure.

I wouldn't say it was a wild theory, I'd be surprised if options like that weren't taken into consideration by the strategists of most teams.
