McLaren well bounce back - it's just a matter of when

...when they get a real driver to lead them/Perez finds his feet and starts taking control, I'm sure they will bounce back.

If they organise their driver better so they're working together it'll definately happen. Both drivers are decent and can help push the team forward.

Mercedes absolutely ROCKING it in Qualy so far, with the harder tyres!! I was worried about Alonso going so much faster than Kimi.:clap:

EDIT: Sorry, they did it on the mediums! Damn I thought the white walled tyres were always the harder one.

Kimi got back ahead even though he was blocked by Estaban, penalty for sure,I don't understand why they dropped Kobayashi for stupid money,Sauber have one driver pretty much,Maldonado blocked Button and got outqualified by Bottas...Again.

Nervous times for Lewis Hamilton at the end...under pressure, 1:21:000, epic. Just epic pace, destroyed his previous pole lap time last year.

Perez giving Button a large suprise

BTW nearing a 1000 posts now

Maybe time for Button to retire. It's getting very embarassing now.

Great result for merc, they have 2 cars to try and win, makes it easier,I feel Lewis will jump Nico by Turn 1,Nico is abit slow at starts normally,Lewis rarely makes bad starts now

Alonso ahead of Massa by 0.001

Good performance from Sergio, given the ineffectiveness of the updates from McLaren. Really hoping Sauber would have done better - it was gut wrenching to see them go from 8th and 10th to 15th and 16th in a minute.

Wow where did that come from after Practice i was not expecting that :D:clap: Love it when merc pull a nice surprise on us :wavey:

 that they've sorted out the race pace tire issues

It can't be as bad as Bahrain, cooler temperatures plus a harder spec compound. I think Mercedes have a serious chance of getting a win tomorrow. Just clean starts, and reliability and the drivers will do the rest!!

Great stuff from Checo, I hope he continues to surprise us with his perfomance.
McL updates...... :banghead: didn't quite worked :ranting:
Checo, please make a stand tomorrow :braveheart:
Well done to Ros n Ham, I didn't expect Merc to be on pole here. I won't bet on them on Sunday though. A Vettel or Alonso win is more possible.
That Merc is really fast when empty on fuel, even if they dominate this years Saturdays, somehow they were not so competitive (up to now) on race pace, and they are cruel on their tyres.
