Yeah, I doubt geet was meaning No. 3 there.

There's something odd about that video, the seal looks like its maybe a couple of metres behind him at first but when the whale strikes he looks like he's behind the seal. It might be something to do with the waves coming in but I'm not convinced.

That whale's a freakin dumbass...mistook that guy for a seal and probably let go of him realizing its mistake.

I recall reading an article where a shark mistakes paddlers for seals and goes for them, gives them a test bite to see if its prey or not and then leaves. However, that test bite has just cost an arm or a leg for that individual....and whales might be something similar.

Well, DD is a man, but he might have meant Stephen, who I guess DD has hostilely taken-over
