They already have a competent technical director. And that new building hasn't even been started yet, so he might get very wet if it started to rain. :hehe:

I'd like to work for Mercedes as a senior member...they have so many people, I'd just be shaking my legs and collecting a fat paycheck in my office every month. :hehe:

The trouble is that Mercedes upper management are constantly on a tight rope. Just like having 2 top drivers im a team. Imagine trying to have 5 top engineers who are used to having it their way constantly fighting and it is your job to keep them working as a team.

I suppose as engineers they should be less ego run than drivers so every engineer would have to prove his point with evidence. Which means it should work however might slow the process down on the way forward...

Oh god I hope. I wish this almost as much as I wish for terrorists to stop terrorising... I tell a lie, I hope he saves Williams more than that!
