People would rapidly turn away from the sport of if there are only 4-5 teams, you just want that because it'll give Ferrari a better chance of a title.

Ferrari's chances of a title are fine under the present system. I actually believe it would be what is best for F1.

If your read my post you'd have noticed I mentioned 4-5 manufacturers. You would still have a dozen teams. It would mean the possibility of a manufacturer having 6 cars on the grid, but, as I said, that has happened in the past and, I believe it could be made to work well in the future.

Sorry I misread, yeah I would quite like to see manufacturers like the old days make a return, but if I'm honest I'm not sure how financially viable it is for teams to start selling off chasis nowadays.

I think it's silly that teams spend so much time looking for new ways to make the car fast and then can't test it. This is supposed to b the pinnacle of motor sport, best cars, best technicians, best drivers, an they stop them testing their ideas. I know there's the money saving, but there's other ways to do that.
I'm surprised McLaren don't want testing, had they had it, they may not be in the mess they're in now. The problem at least would have been identified sooner.
It's like the DRS and the tyres it makes a bit more if a lottery of things. Well I don't want to watch a lottery.

There's something very rewarding as a fan when a customer team beats a factory team. That would be very cool to see in F1 and would also allow a talented down grid driver to shine much brighter on equal machinery.
