I think David Cameron's upper teeth are too short and that's what makes him look a bit weird.

Well yes he's got a weird mouth as well, it goes crooked when he talks, its a more obvious weird mouth than Cameron's; I couldn't put my finger on why Cameron looked weird, but it's because you can't see his teeth.
