My Google Chrome now keeps automatically refreshing itself every 30 minutes or so. All windows that are open get completely refreshed. So, if I'm in the middle of writing something like an email, or even something like this, it makes it VERY difficult.

Time for a new browser methinks.

Doesn't sound like a browser issue, more like a virus. I've been using Chrome for ages....and love it. The only issue is its flash gets busted once in a while and I'll have to restart the browser, but all the pages are saved and come back to exactly how it was before, even if I was typing an email.

If you want to get the most out of you computer, format it and install the OS from scratch and only install the programs and add ons you use. You'll be amazed at how much crap accumulates over a couple of years usage.

Install Ubuntu, then you'll only ever have what you need, loads up in seconds.

Well, I'm trying Firefox now. Really like the Yahoo toolbar. It probably is more useful that the Google Chrome home tab.

Currently a bit slow though... Hopefully it will get faster but I do feel that I'm in need of a new computer anyway.

IE 8. Works perfectly, never had a problem. Plus it doesn't spy on you.

I stand by my belief that Hardy Heron was the last good version of Ubuntu that Canonical released.

I fear it may be a virus, yeah. Chrome has always been brilliant for me otherwise...

I'm not overly happy with Firefox or Opera, so I went running back to Mummy Chrome and, guess what happened?

When it first opened a million tabs started opening for BitDefender - like it had some virus. And it was SLOW. So I guess I'm now stuck with Firefox....

Firefox seems a bit slow and there are a few things that are annoying me. I don't like it remembering my passwords, so it chucks a fit and makes me log in every time, even though I have selected the "keep me logged in" or "remember me automatically" check boxes.

Should I just embrace Firefox's nosiness and give it all my passwords, or should I just keep experimenting with other browsers?

So far crossed out Chrome, Firefox, IE, Opera - what's next? Safari?

As the PS3 is capable of more than only gaming I don't get why sony don't care it's browser is so sh**e.
