Couldnt really find a Red Bull team thread - so Im going to use this one....

How long have RedBull been taking fashion inspiration from McLaren....?

Unlike McLaren though, have you noticed how Webber isn't in the picture...

Well yeah, I didnt notice. Thats kinda why i mentioned it....

Im sure it means nothing - but it was Webber's 200th start. Surely the PR machine that is Red Bull would know this sort of thing would get noticed....?

You guys... maybe Webber was just making a pit stop.

Honestly, I wish he was a better driver but he's not able to take away much of Vettel's thunder. Perhaps Kimi next year if Lotus isn't able to come up with enough cash.

I think Kimi likes the style of Lotus's PR, it suits him and they seem to capitalise on how he is, putting up funny videos on their Youtube where people are interviewing Kimi, who basically says nothing. The Lotus team is basically an extension of Kimi.

cough http://www.theracinggrid.blogspot.co.uk/2013/04/red-bull-has-so-many-options-for-future.html

last time I promise. But I didn't want to have to re write my views on her.

You know, I'm not convinced, and I'm crying foul from Red Bull. Sure, she won a couple of races, which was great - but, 7 other guys did better than her last year (sure she missed a couple - so maybe count 3 that are worthy) , particularly Martin Kirchhofer, her TEAM MATE who won the season in only his first season in the category.

Sure, he's a year older than Visser, but why doesn't he get a Red Bull contract?

In my opinion, this goes against the vision of the Red Bull Junior Team. They are looking for future world champions. There are plenty of drivers Visser's age who are potential world champions.

That said, she is a new member of the Red Bull family. So I will be keenly interested in her performance over the next year. Giving her another year in the Formula is a good decision by Red Bull. But she needs to improve considerably on her results from last year...

They already have Vettel. What's the harm in selling a LOT of sugary death-calling cans by putting a FEMALE racing driver in the modern era of Formula 1? It will the the biggest news yet for F1, making all the scandal-gates and what not fade into oblivion. If I was Redbull, I'd put her in NEXT year. Worst case scenario, she just can't cope and they replace her with one of the Toro Rosso guys for 2015.

That's just morally wrong.

In business, morals are a sign of weakness (probably).

not in a business that relies on fans supporting them.
