No one claimed the bombing in the Atlanta Olympics in 96. Only reason for not claiming something is fear that it would help lead to an arrest. It will take a bit to get the forensics to figure out the makeup of the explosives and work from there. You know that at this moment they're scrutinizing every video from every camera that was there and every building in the vicinity.
