If it's running down the building it could cause more damage that'll cost more than repairing the gutter. Maybe get a couple of quotes for the drains and gutters to get done at the same time then get everyone together and say everyone needs to pay their share before the work'll get done.

To use my phone in the car I deleted all my German contacts, it's now Hans free.

I have just order a Motorola DOCSIS 3.0 modem to replace the five year old DOCSIS 2.0 modem that the cable company provided. The DOCSIS 2.0 modem has frequently been dropping connections for some time and the cable (Cox) refuse to replace the modem. So I had to stump up $96.54 for something that didn't come with the Arc, Cox have upgraded/faster connections (at enforced added cost) but won't supply the technology to take advantage of it! :censored:

Shelled out 97 bucks and got a Motorola SurfBoard SB6141 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem a couple months ago since Time Warner started to charge a monthly rental fee for their crappy modem. :irked:

It's nice though, works like a charm and fast :thumbup:

I bought the SB6121, got it from Walmart, the only other one they had is a Wireless N Router as well; I already have a very good 900Mbit Wireless N Router! Cox hasn't openly started charging a fee for rental, but I bet that it's hidden in the cost somewhere... it's not like these telecommunication companies have morals!

Just go to that interview with the mindset that they want you more than you want them. It's all about attitude.
