Now, I need to get fitter for racing 
I'm currently:
cycling about 3 miles a day on a fitness bike with quite High Resistance
Going for about a 1.5 mile run every night.
Ocassionally doing 50 sit-ups here and there.
Started Swimming for an hour every week.
So, any ideas on what I can do to lose a few Kilos
I need to lose about 4 Kilos, but I really want to lose 10 if I can
