That's pretty impressive RC, you even used the arborio rice. If you tell me that pan belongs to you then we'll be besties since I own and lovingly maintain my own paella pan as well.

Guess we need to keep the food thing going. Last night we finally visited the restaurant my daughter has been working in for the last few months. It's a fine dining mostly seafood place and the chef and head waiter were very pleasant and complimentary of our daughter.

Well chef sent over a complimentary appetizer that I'd normally not order. it was tuna tartar sitting on a very fine lattice of what you guys call a crisp with a dollop of wasabi and avocado mouse and finely diced peppers and scallions. It was fantastic.

Went and had at a car today, it turned out to be the biggest pile of poo in the world. It was hunting on tickover. When I took the oil cap off I think more pressure came out of the hole than out of the exhaust. So while driving back to the house SWMBO said she would look to see if there was others between where we where and the house. So bear in mind we are looking for an E46 manual diesel touring, she said she found one and it was not far out of the way. So here is the car she had found...

Make sure you arrive when the salesman isn't expecting you...so you get to start the car up cold and have your wife check the exhaust and see what comes out.
