Sounds good to me, except for bottomless chips, I don't know what they are but since they have chips in the name I'm guessing they'll be good too.

Well today I've made a paella. A dish that assaults all the senses. Looks so pretty in the huge paella pan . Smells divine. Tastes divine. And you need your fingers ( touch) to get the clams, mussels and big langoustines out of their shells. Ah!! forgot sound! Well that will be the sound of the guests going 'mmmmmmmmmm' when they eat it

You sell that pretty well... but I hate fishy clams, mussles... etc so that sounds gross however I'm impressed

Oh Hyflex how can you hate fishy things?? . I've got a picture of it that may convince you that fishy is the way to go WB......or any techy, please if I e-mail you the pic can you turn it into a small pic? It's easy to email from my iPad, but it's not easy to do all things on the iPad , like make it go small

How can I hate fishy things... are we still talking about food? Either way it just tastes nasty, I'm super fussy with my food and as pretty as your dish looks I see the mussles and ugh >_< yeah just no.

That's pretty impressive RC, you even used the arborio rice. If you tell me that pan belongs to you then we'll be besties since I own and lovingly maintain my own paella pan as well.

Yes, it's mine and it's massive!! Bigger than it looks on the picture. Yes to the rice well spotted!

Guess we need to keep the food thing going. Last night we finally visited the restaurant my daughter has been working in for the last few months. It's a fine dining mostly seafood place and the chef and head waiter were very pleasant and complimentary of our daughter.

Well chef sent over a complimentary appetizer that I'd normally not order. it was tuna tartar sitting on a very fine lattice of what you guys call a crisp with a dollop of wasabi and avocado mouse and finely diced peppers and scallions. It was fantastic.

Yeah they taste nasty, it's the smell and the texture more so the texture.

I sometimes gag on big bits of meat, yes, I'm an all-out (or in) kinda girl
