Thus why they have yellow or red stripes on the cameras on top of the air box. Make a note of who has which stripe and you're made in the shade.

They are Yellow or Black now, just FYI.

I thought the McLarens had red ones. I'm maybe thinking of last season.

EDIT: yep I was thinking of McLaren last year.

Play nicely or not at all please. :)

I thanked you and called you Captain.

Have we forgotten the days when one car had a red T-bar and the other was black? Having them both a colour was only a VERY recent introduction, wasn't it?

I think back then, say 2003 to 2005 i think. The 1st driver had a red T-bar. 2nd driver, black T-bar and Friday or 3rd driver had the yellow T-bar but that felt a while ago when the lesser teams were allowed to have a 3rd car on both Friday practice sessions.

Yes and a very optimally performing introduction it was. So let's f*ck with it to make life harder for the spectators.

T-BARS who knew we could manage three pages worth of 'discussion' on the topic. :hehe:

Anyway, I'm bittersweet about Sunday's race. I have my first autocross of the season Sunday and I will probably not watch the race until later in the afternoon when I get back. "Racing is life... everything before and after is just waiting."

I put this together for another haunt of mine and thought I'd share it 'cos that's the kind of chap I am. :D

Perhaps when we open race threads the OP is something along the line of this by way of an introduction and a recap of the previous years race? Mabye it's a bit too formal for some but just an idea I thought I'd share. :-)

I think this will be a very strong circuit for the Bulls, 2DRS zones, harder tires and better track temp for tire management. I also think we will see improvements from Merc.

But I am wishing for some good luck and another good race from my team Image

*** EDIT *** I also think McLaren will make improvements. I said previously that understanding the change and effect of the switch to pull-rod front takes time - specifically time on the track. It will be a very different setup to what they are used to. They will have learned a lot from Melbourne. If I'm right they will make improvements without having to bring parts as they will just get better at achieving the right setup. Tough now but it will pay off later/future

It would take me an hour and go wrong! But it's a good idea and interesting to look at last years results/drivers. You might have just got yourself a Job Andrew should you wish to accept it :D It wouldn't matter if you weren't the first poster. Just pop it in like you did this one.

I'm happy to post one for each race. It's not a huge undertaking so I'm sure you'd cope if you iused a proper computer. :hehe: I mean I'm apparently just a forklift driver (news to me) and I managed.

Race start time is 4pm...everyone's gotta do a sun-dance this time around, or we might get half a race (a farce) like we did in 2009 if delays go up to 6:30pm.
