I can not see that pic on twitter for some reason. Someone in work said Roscoe was a girl. Which brings up 2 points in my mind
1. What sort of person checks out a dogs package?

2. Why did he do out of his way to find a pic of lewis' dog in that way

Roscoe's a boy, but still only a pup, perhaps not as developed yet as he will be

The thing is , actually, Old English Bulldogs have big testicles, so either roscoe is too young for them too have grown properly, or they were flapped out of the way on the photograph.
