Think I'm off out after work tomorrow too, with my new work so hopefully i dont get too drunk and make a tit of myself but the chances are high.

I got my wife bacon maple marshmallows for Valentine's. What can I say, she likes bacon.

Today I changed the blade in my craft knife for a fresh one. I didn't realise how blunt the other one was. As soon as I used my thumb on the blade for some extra stability, I turned everything I was working on a lovely shade of red. Now my cutting mat makes me look like a Ferrari fan.

Always remember, kids, knives are not toys and you should always get an adult to supervise when using them!

I gotten cut by a craft knife before myself when i was cutting something and the knife slipped, and it bloody hurts. It went straight down the back of my left thumb, clean through the nail. You have my full sympathies.

Sympathy indeed! I had one of those cuts years ago on my pinky, and I guess it must have done some damage to the tendon because I was never able to straighten it out fully again.

You guys need to attend one of my forest school sessions. my five year olds know how to use sharp knives safely!
