From that angle it's great! :D
Btw, Mercedes playing with Lewis? :D They'll get it up and running again. :)

From the feed I am following, they reckon the engineers have said the Merc will not be out again today.

Ouch, that's a big loss.

Yep - whats that, less than 20 laps from the first two days...?

Like 30. If the car has mechanical flaws, the time to find them is now. Old racing adage, it's easier to make a fast car reliable than it is to make a reliable car fast.

Reliability niggles are not what would bother me now.

No, I totally agree - and was saying the exact same (better now than later) yesterday. But its still no the perfect start they would want.

They aren't aiming to be Championship contenders this season are they? More like targeting wins (PLURAL) and front row qualifyings, so in terms of the big picture...a bad start to the tests isn't a big deal at this moment. They need to get themselves familiarized at the front before launching their attack in 2014.

It's a good shape, but I wish they coloured it differently....

I really like the livery for the most part, but I think the red/white running down the sidepod would have been better as a nice curvy stripe following the lines. Also, they need to ditch that awful Chelsea logo. :hehe:

It certainly makes a pretty nice avatar, though! Been a while since you changed it

BBC F1 technical analyst Gary Anderson in Jerez

"I've been out on the track watching the cars and the Lotus continues to look very impressive. The front end is always there, the traction is good and Romain Grosjean is able to be committed on the throttle. Sergio Perez was on a long run in the McLaren and he was very consistent. It also looks pretty good. The Toro Rosso has lost its edge from yesterday - now the rear is moving too much, which was always their problem last year. Red Bull I believe are concentrating on reliability before some upgrades but at the moment it looks like a one-line car - if the driver misses the turn-in, it's hard to get the nose back on line. The Ferrari looks OK, but its tyres are going off more quickly than some others - and it's not always riding the bumps as well as the best."

Really exciting to see Perez in the McLaren. Hope his day goes well.

That Ferrari looks beautiful.

Massive set-back for Lewis Hamilton, but it shouldn't harm things with regards to big picture and Merc's overall pre-season prep.

Is this guy sweet-natured, or what? (Something good about Perez, something good about Ferrari, and something good about Lewis/Mercedes). I swear off saying anything bad about Macca/Jenson for the rest of the season (subject to only one proviso)....

So far, I'm still lovin' that Merc.... (fingers crossed). I should say though I haven't looked at any video, Senna memories still too fresh for that -- scary thoughts, if they don't get their sh%t together.

Well, I picked that up from you guys comments in the first place. :hehe:

I'm still quite optimistic on the Mercedes front, the unknown is what scares me though, and now, I think that is going to stay with me for awhile.

I spent most of the morning thinking about it. I really liked that shot of Rubens in the Williams, but I felt it was time for a bit of a change. Now to just update the signature with something appropriate...

Oh My God I can not believe that Nico and Mercedes are ganging up on Lewis already. I am sure Ross Brawn was tampering with the rear brake lines!
