It's an Audi A4... we don't have the benefits of small displacement diesels you guys have. It's a 1.8T and 30 is not bad at all in America... the land of 18 MPG highway SUVs.

Audi actually ran an ad here a few years ago, with a statistic that if everyone drove a TDI America would cut its fuel imports by 40%. My next car will be either an A3 TDI or a Golf TDI.

The Audi A3 is a pretty nice car. One of the few cars that I can get a really comfortable drving position in.

I had a Mk4 Golf GT TDI 130, on the motorway was averaging 60mpg, around the city 40mpg.... In the role of the B road Baptist it was getting low 30's
