How's it difficult?

I went without boozing for nigh on 3 years a while back and only have 3 or 4 beers a week at the most.

Just because YOU don't find it difficult, it doesn't mean it's not difficult for others. I for one find it extremely easy not to smoke. But I know this doesn't mean it's easy to give up smoking.

Just because YOU don't find it difficult, it doesn't mean it's not difficult for others. I for one find it extremely easy not to smoke. But I know this doesn't mean it's easy to give up smoking.

I like to think of it as a gift! So far, the only thing I'm addicted to is chocolate. Alcohol and cigarettes, I never crave them but enjoy them socially (never bought a pack of cigs in my life), even grass and coke except for the very occasional times I've done them, I hardly find myself missing them.

Smoking kiiled all my grandparents far too soon (the last one went about 23 years ago). Best lesson I could have ever had to make sure I didn't take it up.
Used to get wellied into the booze but it just got boring and hangovers are just pointless so changed my ways.
