I think you'll have more success with that.

Here's a nice video of some 2012 overtakes. Too bad there's no sound. The order is irrelevant. it's just pure racing art... :cloud9:

Nice put together video. All moves were awesome. Number 10 was especially good not because of how the manovra was made, but because it was a Ferrari vs McLaren scene.

So "we all" has been redefined to be 2-3 people in an F1 forum? :hehe:

Anyway, lots to look forward to this year and March can't come soon enough....

Since there are so few changes this year and the big teams are spending much of their resources for the big changes next year.....

Seems like the backmarker teams would be well advised to copy blatently from RB and McLaren cars at Brazil 2012 as their starting points with the "modesty panel" in place (making whatever compensations would be needed to maximize airflow benefits). This would hopefully bring those teams much closer to the traditional powerhouse teams in terms of pace at the beginning of the year.

One of the leading teams is going to push the envelope and develop something that seems to skirt the regulations according to the fans of the teams w/o the new development. Since FIA states the new testing rules will make it tougher to have a flexing front wing, the best opportunity for gains should be at the rear of the car with further refinement of the COANDA exhaust. The best Aero Team designers are the most likely to find a few tenths of a second to start the season.
Since Newey says RB is running behind, I think they found something new that's proving tricky, either to get it right or get it past inspection.
Have no faith in McLaren at the moment
Ferrari should benefit from better Aero simulation during development
Lotus continues to move forward and Grosjean is initially more cautious at the starts. After no incidents in the first 4-5 races, he gets a bit cocky again and sets of a chain reaction on the opening lap and the remarks about him not belonging in F1 begin anew.
Force India solidifies it's place at the back of the lead group and gets a couple of podiums in the first 3-4 events.

.....then the first round of upgrades come out and the usual suspects pull away from the pack.
RB gets it's new tech perfected and starts clibing to the front.
Alonso drives the Ferrari faster than anybody thinks he has a right to, and Massa surprises many by finishing within a couple of positions of Alonso on a regular basis.
McLaren realizes, but will never publicly admit, that Lewis was a very good driver. Their replacement driver finishes consistantly several places behind Button and they quickly fade in the Constructors points.
Lotus regularly puts one driver ahead of one of the Macs, and occassionaly both of them.
Mercedes struggles to get anybody on the podium and loses out to Force India.

With the midfield getting tighter, there are going to be more incidents late in the race as more cars are racing for position/points.

EVERYBODY will be mad at the new Pirelli's which are designed to degrade even faster so that there are more pit stops and more chances for overtaking as the tires go off.

I'm still not sure how Massa didnt crash in Singapore, awesome control of the car to make the pass and stay out of the wall!

Pass of the decade simply for having the guts to pull it off and the control to not crash!
