I'd have agreed but Texas and Brazil left his season tainted for me.

Brazil?

His tweets and subsequent Ferrari behavior regarding yellow flags for Vettel. It was very unsporting and left a great season to end with a bad taste.

Fernando's quest for a third title is unrelenting, even off the track!

I find it absolutely stunning when I read that people found Ferrari, asking a question of the FiA, as somehow unsporting yet the same people heap praise on those who have not asked, but gone right ahead and manipulated rules for years.

I always find Ferrari fans stunning, Manipulating rules like switching cars when team orders were band? Or switching gear box deliberately to elevate one of their drivers?
Yeah Ferrari has been doing it for years!

Redbull are just designing better cars, deal with it.

As much as I like Ferrari, when was the last time they were true innovators

Flexible wing
Flexible floor
Frisbee wheels

..... that's three off the top of my head

I just find it very rich, a McLaren fan pointing the finger at Ferrari for asking the FiA a question after the race - no protest, just asking the question :hehe:

Are those not the things they moan about Red Bull using?

Well, there are similarities and differences.

Similarities: Ferrari never once failed a test on its flexing wing or floor
Differences: Ferrari's wing and floor were banned anyway

Neither did Red Bull's.

Differences: Ferrari's wing and floor were banned anyway

So was Red Bull's.

I guess I'd disagree on Red Bulls front wing being banned, it still flexes and they used it at the last race.

'Cos it was legal! :banghead:

And you'd be saying that because it passed all the FiA tests. I'm definitely not going down that road again - we've covered that ad nauseam.

I was simply pointing out that when Ferrari had their flexing wing back in 2006, it passed every FiA test but in our case our wing was still banned. This is a difference in how the FiA has treated the respective teams.
