Im not talking about me tex YES i am passionate about McLaren i dont deny that, yet Darwin isnt a fan of ferrari supposidly yet in the 8 years of posting toghter he has always stood up for ferrari and it was a given he was a schumacher fan but in his retirement with claims of liking bmwsauber it is still very apparent darwin that you are a Ferrari lamb deep down

I had exactly the same thought this morning but didnt have time to post. DD you are quick to use the word 'cheat' concerning McLaren and seem to relish doing so; and yet you salivate over Ferrari(a team of dubious scruples and incidents of cheating a-plenty). All the time you profess not to be a ferrari supporter I think you are a closet case

Nah, I don't support a particular team, I'm for (a) particular driver(s) and therefore wish the team(s) of MY driver(s) well.
I have a soft spot for BMW-Sauber, mainly because I grew up in Sauber's backyard, I very much respect Peter Sauber, and I really dig BMW consumer cars and hope to one day drive a nice one myself.

My swing was just a direct example of the race stereotyping that goes on from a smartarse comment, No malice on my part but I am not 100% sure if it isn't on the other side

Lets watch 08 and see if Fiat and FIA allow a level playing field. If so it should be facinating, if not it will still be facinating. Win win.

Whinging Pom Argument eh - No different that the old corrupt Italian stereotypical argument mate.
Both have some truth to them otherwise they would not be associated with each race but as being typical of all things Italian or English – I think not.
Come to think of it it's also no different to the old Sheep shagger Kiwi argument

Have no idea why this Ferrari vs. the rest of F1 argument has turned into a Britain vs. Italy/New Zealand/Australia one.

There's a lot of denial in some Ferrari fans with which they automatically defend every action of the team. After Michael (Germany) parked it at Monaco the team knew full well he was guilty but still supported him to the hilt, when respected figures in F1, and drivers like Alonso, Webber and Trulli also knew he was responsible. The people who backed him in the Ferrari team included Todt (France), and Brawn (Britain). This argument in my opinion has nothing to do with being Italian, British, whatever.

it's about the Ferrari mindset which over the last 20 years has changed from being passionate about racing, and taking wins as a bonus, to winning at all costs and losing all respect for the racing. That's why I ditched 'my team'.
