The weather can have a major influence on you getting a cold. Certain weather conditions can weaken your immune response when trying to fight off viruses. A natural response to cold weather is for the body to conserve heat, i.e., concentrate the blood in your torso leaving your extremities with less blood circulating. This can affect the efficiency of your natural defense capabilities such as your mucous membranes in your nose and viruses may find it easier to infect you.

Shall we call you Nurse DD now? ;o)

That costs extra.

My wheelstand is on the way.

:irked:

Typical UK, it arrived in a depot in the midlands and has been sitting there longer than the time it took to get there from Poland via Germany.

But that wasn't on offer. It's not a negotiation. It's a take it or leave it.

Went shopping at Cheshire Oaks. Am now drinking wine and examining purchases in big hotel suite. Next will explore bath and shower and free smelly things. Then dinner. nice day. Spa tomorrow :D
