No, it's do what every other team does. It's only fair to those watching who don't have the time or have not had the opportunity to study Italian.

What about people watching in Brazil. Or France. Or Germany. Or Chile? Or Mexico. Are they less important?

When I'm watching F1, I want to know what's going on. Why Ferrari can't speak English like every other team is beyond me! What are they hiding?

I think it's very simple and straightforward. I think the key phrase in your post is "is beyond me". The conversation between the driver and the team is ... the conversation between the driver and the team and they should use whatever language they want. They're not going out on the track to do stand-up routines, you know.

I'm pretty sure Andrew was being sarcastic....

Who me? Being sarcastic? Never......(!)

But yeah, they should speak English on all radio tranmissions (like every other team), not just when they want to go crying to teacher.

You say that 'crying to teacher' like Alonso's the only one to say things he wants to bring to Charlies attention.

HEY! There's millions of people watching in the United States and like a couple of thousand people in China too!

But the Americans speak English (a butchered form of it anyway).

Of course not but English is probably one of the most commonly understood languages worldwide. But as I said, all the other teams communicate in English and it is preferred by the if radio communications are made in English. Sort of an unwritten rule to help broadcasters and race stewards.

Of course they all cry to teacher at times!

I have the solution - ban pit to car radios. Go back to the days of only having a pitboard. Problem solved! :D

Image If we were going by convenience to the world audience they'd be talking Mandarin first and Latino languages second source.

Image. Couldn't agree more.

This is just a ridiculous argument... we'd all benefit more from "understanding" what's being said if they got better radio technology for the drivers. Krrrshhhh, Krrrrrr, Crackle shhhhh Tire, Krrrrrr Shhhh, Balace, crackle crackle SHHHHH KRRRRR Temperature. :hehe:

It's only English because Ferrari sell most of their cars to Americans. We win!

But there isn't actually a problem. Just you hating on yet another driver for the most ridiculous of reasons. When you should be celebrating your drivers win. Well that's what a real fan would be doing.

I'm not hating on anyone! I'm just saying that Ferrari should do what every other team does.

I've done all the celebrating that needs to be done. Time to look to 2013 and hopefully title number 4.

Note how Alonso overtakes Hulkenberg during the warm-up lap... :D Just kidding. :hehe:

Btw, pay attention to Vettel's overtaking! He was so careful with those yellow flags, truly an amazing race of him, maybe the best I have ever seen!!!:clap::clap:
