Yes Andrew NK is the reason Vettel was overtaken in Austin. Next year when HRT are gone there will be no back markers.

Fact is, HRT can't keep up with their main competitors (Caterham and Marussia) so that tells me all I need to know.

Get out the way or go faster, get off the track. Who cares? As long as they don't interefere with the backmarkers, they could teleport into an unknown dimension for all I care!

They have as much right to be on the track as anyone else and do not have to go off the track when the leaders are behind them. If drivers catch them at a twisty section it's tough, it's the same for everyone.
