I imagine Lewis was happy with his set up and sat it out. And the last run, it wasn't quali, he may have had traffic, I wouldn't worry...yet.

Cars powered with Ferrari engine (especially Ferrari team itself) always had a great mechanical grip on the rain. I think it has to do with the weight distribution. Also, strategies will decide a lot on Sunday. Honestly, I hope to see fight for the win between Hamilton, Vettel and Alonso. Of course, I'm cheering for Vettel to win the title, but if 3 of them decide a race winner in a great and fair battle, I don't care who wins the race.

You must have forgotten Massa's race at Silverstone a few yrs back... :yikes:

But yeah Ferrari definitely improved. Mclaren used to be much better than Ferrari with mech grip; I think it has more to do with the torque output of the engine and the wheelbase of the car....

Came out fighting indeed.
