It'll be a shame if HRT arent on the grid next season as they work as hard as Red Bull/ Ferrari/ McLaren, just dont have the budget.

The other thing which i'll miss is Kartikeyan being the only driver who managed to really anger Vettel this season (twice)!

Assuming that they are not around next year, how will the qualifying format work?

Same as it does now. Only it'll be a different team that is out in Q3. It'll still be slowest 7 drivers that are out in Q3 I guess.

Perhaps. Slowest 5 would make sense as there will be 2 less cars, assuming no one buys HRT and keeps tham going.

Petrov did well today, and he will bring some money in.
Kovi I would be worried that he has the mental steel to race.
Koby, crazy but a bit turns in some good races but not much money
Ruben, brings the experience, but you have to feel that if he was that good HRT/Marussia/Caterham would of snapped him up last year.

So Petrov and Koby. Best people available who have a bit of money.
