I think it's safe to say that Vettel is only getting better. It really looked like he wasn't going to get it this year, for example come Monaco when he qualified 10th. To think, he'll probably be at his peak come the engine reg changes when I think it will be tough for him for a couple of years...
This Red Bull Team - Vettel, Webber, Horner, Newey plus others are one of the greatest teams in history. They really are on a good thing. I would hope it would stay the same until about 2016/2017 but all good things come to an end.
You know one thing I have realised? Vettel doesn't seem to care what the public think of him. He is always happy to mention that he had a good car (whilst I believe that he doesn't have the fastest car the last couple of races). If I were Vettel, I'd be out to prove to everyone else that I am really the best driver, but he doesn't seem to care.
Also, he's still earns way less than Hamilton and Alonso, and possibly half the grid. He doesn't have personal sponsorships as someone else pointed out, just a few Infiniti ads who are a team sponsor. I'm sure he would've earned a bit from Bernie for taking out the title, but I honestly think he is very underpaid.
Newey earns a much higher salary than him (some would say this is justified). I don't.

#5 Vettel!
