You're correct, and like I said, I haven't seen the incident....

And there we have it. You are calling for a driver to be banned on an incident you haven't even seen.

End of the day he did pass him, unlike Spain. Back marker excuse or not... that's all that matters.

But that was not the claim you made. Don't try and weasel your way out of being wrong, sometimes admitting it can be more liberating than trying to dodge bullets.

Mind your tongue, I'm not admitting I'm wrong, I'm sticking to what I said! know you like your what ifs so ill leave your what if for you and move on because as I said Hamilton did pass him and won, so basically I don't really care what you think.

Losers:-
McLaren - As I've said before, they have the fastest car around now. Lewis can use it and their #1 driver for next year still can't put it on the podium. Their #2 driver has a lot of developing to do to become a #2 in a top line team. They face the prospect next year that, even if they produce the fastest car and run sound tactics and great team work they can expect 4ths and 5ths.

To be fair to Jenson, by the end of the first lap, he was way down. Good climb through the field actually, with no safety cars to come into play such as in Abu Dhabi.

Button's weekend backfired in Q2, through no fault of his own.

Granted, Jenson's race was good.

Lewis won. Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
If somehow as a result of this, Alonso becomes world champion. Then forever all Ferrari and Alonso fans should be greatful to Lewis. :D

......
However, Karthikeyan should receive heavy punishment as a warning to other drivers like Glock... that this is an unacceptable trait that needs to be ironed out.

What trait, being on the track?

Getting in the way of drivers on the lead lap. When you are last and 2 laps down, you have no rights. You are no part of the race, and should not be impeding drivers and teams who a good enough to actually be on the lead lap racing....

Where the f*** could he have gone?

The world can be such a painful place to live and opinions can turn on you from one week to another. Next week, Vettel DNFs early on in the race causing all his fans to bite their nails into stubs through out the race. Webber and Kimi come in 1-2 and Hamilton takes the last step on the podium passing Alonso on the last lap.

You would be taking your post back, I'm sure. In the end, drivers drive for themselves.

I would think he is the most experienced person on the grid at lapping people (apart from Schumacher), so if he has a problem with backmarkers then it must be a valid issue....

This is beyond BS. You haven't even seen the race (after all F1 is just qualifying to you) and Vettel failed to overtake a backmarker quick enough and suddenly its the backmarkers fault because Vettel is 'experienced' in lapping backmarkers?? Well, get this, Karthikeyan is one hell of an experienced backmarker, so if Vettel can't find a way around him who's the idiot here??

Grow up BigAzza...Vettel is not some God, and watch the damn race before bothering to comment on anything about it.
#335079
I did watch the race... I just can't remember paying attention to Karthikeyan, and am yet to see a replay as to how he may have impeded Vettel. And I said the word IF... If Karthikeyan is found to be at fault, then it warrants further punishment.

As I have said... Well done to Lewis for winning today.

back markers only get punished if they ignore multiple blue flags.
Its inevitable that they will get in the way depending on where on track the leader and back marker meets. sometimes its easy to get past them, sometimes you have to wait a corner before they can get off line.

I don't really see how you can blame him. Short of going off the track entirely, there really wasn't anything more that he could have done.

Karthikeyan yielded after his first blue flag at the first opportunity he had, in fact he got out of the way so quickly you didn't even notice !
I think this proves Vettel is more of a cry baby than Karthikeyan is a cucumber

no doubt if he had waited until the third blue flag like he's allowed too you would be calling for his execution

Also Hamilton called Vettel dangerous for his defence of the position for jerking back right while he was alongside after moving to the left to defend

Well, if Hamilton said that there must be something to it, Vettel should be stripped of all his wdc points.

I agree, since Hamilton is the expert in overtaking after all and has so much 'experience' with it. :hehe:
