It was actually good to see McLaren doing great again, even after the failure Lewis had in Abu Dhabi. People say Red Bull is the best, but McLaren is probably the fastest car overall out there. The only thing they don't have is the reliability.

Yeah... but sadly the powers that be are slow on the uptake, cause it really has been apparent since 2009 that this is the case. For example in a year that ran ultra durable tyres, remember Canada 2010!

Also the problem is, if Pirelli tried this each time, the teams would figure that out quickly and get on top of it.

But, really, it shows a very simple concept that i'm sure we've all noticed. When the cars have f*** all grip like today and on multiple other occasions, the racing is better for it. I just hope the FIA take note, i really do.

And everyone was out in Q3 doing lap after lap, it was very exciting since the tires didn't lite up until their third or fourth lap!

Pirelli actually hiding tire allocations and creating short lasting tires with lower grip?

But i think the point is that it shouldn't be on the tyres. I feel sorry for Pirelli cause their intentions are good but they're fighting a losing battle. The cars should just have bugger all grip, then we'd see what's what.
