Well, stonemonkey is giving up smoking... is anyone else making any positive changes?

Funnily enough, this thread was started by tex, who was also quitting the cigs!

Yes. I've been limiting my sugar intake, limiting the alcohol intake and removing as much processed food from my diet as I can and I've once again started doing yoga daily. It's only been a week but the longest journey starts with... yadda yadda yadda.

Nice.

Talking of giving things up, as of the last couple of years or so, I found I have genuinely gone off junk food snacks like chocolate, sweets and crisps. It's not as if I intended to force myself not to eat that stuff... I genuinely don't enjoy it so much any more. And I'm fine with that! :D

What about you? :whip:

I'm going to give up smoking as well. It should be pretty easy seeing as I never started but everyone seems to be doing it these days.

I might try and stop swearing so much.

50 pushups every night since a month ago just before I go to sleep, if that counts. :hehe:

I once tried to make myself do that, in order to try and attain the slightest hint of muscle, but I never kept it up. And I'm still built like a rake :hehe:

Well, I've said! ^^^^^^^
