Well, well, well. What a farce!!! It seems that Red Bull's reason given for Force Majure when their car stopped on track was ........wait for it......fear of engine damage by Sebastian Vettel running out of petrol...... But the greater farce is that the stewards accepted it as force majure


They may have realised they were farcical as they are now reviewing the force majure clause.
