Let's say McLaren were genuinely as guilty as sin, the investigation was still flawed and handled very badly. It also shows the man has no shame. Anybody else would be ashamed to show their face again.

McLaren were definately guilty in my opinion, but you're damn right about it all being handled badly by the FIA. I'm sure the Ferrari fans will agree about that too. :)

That's a BIG yepper!

I totally agree but at the same time I don't care as it worked out in Ferrari's favour.
Now imagine Jean Todt replaced Max Mosely. More Ferrari happiness and more McLaren bitterness? Perhaps so maybe it is best in the interest of "fair play" that Jean Todt does not become the next president. Besides Ferrari is the fastest and best team at the moment and can wil without the help of the FIA. :D

Anyone connected to a team in any way should not be in the FIA period. Mclaren Fan is right when he says that accountability should be taken by the president. Every major government works that way. Max can do as he pleases and no one can touch him and that is the fundamental problem with the FIA.

Besides Ferrari is the fastest and best team at the moment and can win without the help of the FIA. :D

They haven't done that for the past 7 years so they got a lot to prove!

I know how we can get rid of Mosley, do a car park demonstration outside the FIA's HQ. It got rid of Bryan Robson. :D

Mosley may sue us all. :o

Seriously, the man doesn't care. He's already set out his stall in that article. He's basically laughing in the face of some pretty serious criticism. Let's face, we would all be if we could get away with what he's done. If he were the CEO of a major company, he would have been out on his ear a decade ago and absolutely certainly in terms of the poorly handled spy scandal. Let's say McLaren were genuinely as guilty as sin, the investigation was still flawed and handled very badly. It also shows the man has no shame. Anybody else would be ashamed to show their face again.

Formula One needs an a revolution to purge the unholy alliance of Ecclestone's ego and Mosley's mob.

Hear hear. :D As I said in my earlier post. The President should be accountable to someone.
Anyone know the process for appointing the pres? That could be usefull
I think that Bernie (or his organisation) should also be accountable.
