Well, I know, that sounds reasonable, but try to tell it to haters.

Are there still any haters around? I don't remember anybody expressing particular hate for Vettel. At least not this year. I do remember people in previous years saying that they wanted to snap Vettel's finger off, but I haven't seen a lot of this lately.

Tweets saying FiA is saying Seb didn't have the required amount of fuel in his car - even where he stopped. 1 litre required and he had .850 Not looking good for him.

You're not around often enough. ;)

My life is too full to do more than a few posts every race. I hate to think what happens between races given what you say, and given that some pretty out there stuff happens on here when I am looking.

We all meet at someone's house and have wild orgies with plenty of drugs and alcohol... but we only invite the regulars. Shame you're not around often.

Vettel starting from pit lane I believe

it's going to be some Gherkin's fault.

Rules are rules :whip::whip: Don't strawman with the hater argument.

It's funny, when Lewis does well he's sticking it to McLaren, they didn't help him, suppose he designs and builds the car himself? It's been a while since we've seen him so quick though, that's nice to see.

Vettel is a really good qualifier too.

Ferrari better have brought updates that will only work in race. Alonso wrestling the car once again.

Car must be legal, or go and watch road cycling if you don't care about that sort of stuff.

Damn ALonso is a lucky son of a gun.....its official, Vettel starts last or from pitlane.

WHenever Crashonaldo qualifies at the sharp end, its bad luck for the guy starting alongside him. Some Venezuelan black magic at work perhaps.

Well, it took long enough to reach that decision.

Shame for Vettel, but that's life. I guess this is Alonso's chance. He has to maximise the damage he does to Vettel's lead here, which means having a great start and not getting involved in an incident with Maldonado. Given how much Maldonado seems to like this kind of circuit, and that he's starting from the clean side, could he fight for the win?

It's a team sport, you can easily say Vettel is just as lucky for having a fast car can't you? Use your brains people. Ferrari have been solidly reliable, and it's paid off, no pitlane mishaps, no in race car breakdowns, etc. etc.

Other drivers have benefited from faster cars, Ferrari have benefited from a more reliable car and team operations.
