Today I ....... Well I dont know how to say this. And Wheb you read it you'll think you read it wrong, but believe me my friend, you read it right. And in my defence my wife made me do it.......

Today I went Christmas Shopping, and completed half of it.

OH MY GOD, How have you got money this late in the month to go shopping!

I travelled from London to Lancashire. Having a week off at home with the family

Today, I struggled to distinguish between dreams and reality.

most of today I spent in bed, no not like that you dirty minded people. I drank too much last night, and was feeling poorly all day.

Today I had friends round for a meal. The starter was Crevettes on a bed of mixed leaves with homemade seafood sauce. Here they are cooking on the chef plate

The main corse was slow cooked sweet duck legal with star of anis and plums. served with spicy noodles and stir fries veg

And the dessert was a big lemon cheesecake....lots left! I wanted to try a big one to see if it was easy enough to cook at the ski chalet this year.I'll be catering for 10 and want to ski as well.So things have to taste nice but not take too long to prepare.

Today I watched the GP on Sky, then watched the motoGP, then the GP on BBC. Then I watched a recording of strictly from,last night( and tried to vote, forgetting it was a recording).
Far too much tele!!!! And in between times I ate left over cheesecake. Far too much of that too!!
