Granted, there are 4x43 = 172 pts to be had for each team and Ferrari is 'only' 77 pts behind Red Bull, but c'mon...

You can't give up when your driver is just a few points behind, and as a manufacturer you still have a slim slim chance.....but I think even he knows it's over. Alonso can be 20 points ahead at this stage and still lose it to Vettel, all this talk is just for the Tifosi to have some hope and prayers left.
