Re: Trouble brewing for Austin's F1 circuit?
Thanks for the clip, the circuit looks great! Very smooth, very broad with a number of clear overtaking areas and very fast turns. I'm getting excited.

Looks like one of the few tracks on the calendar where as a driver you get the feeling you're going somewhere. Spa is another (better) example of that.

I think an edit of the thread's title is in order! a few trees and this looks like a world class circuit.

Rising number one of Formula 1, Juan - Juan, one wonders should Juan only win one Formula 1 one year, would Juan have won that one in round one, Juan??

First corner and elevation changes remind me a lot of A1 Ring. It sure will be a track with a tricky grip finding and plenty overtaking spots. Nice job.

Re: Trouble brewing for Austin's F1 circuit?
I tried to time it but couldn't clearly see the start finish line... it looks like it's well over two minutes a lap?
He must have been dogging it through the circuit, it's not particularly long.

Well, the lap seemed really long, but it was worth watching.

That first corner is a beast!
I love that first corner. I have high hopes it'll become one of my favourite corners on the calendar.

I don't remember any other new circuit that had been told about this much.We haven't had any race there yet but I feel as if it's on the calendar since forever.

Green circuit, demo tyres, probably some extra limits on the car...
Or Jerome is in fact just really slow.

Well, maybe his setting was wrong, but he was fighting with oversteer and understeer in many corners.
