He went too wide, even if all the drivers were warned about the problems in that corner few laps before. I know it hurts you, but it's a clear mistake.

people like you will always see that faults in drivers you dont like...Hamiltons racing was supreme today especially with the issues he was driving with.

he went too wide because he had broken rear suspension making the car very difficult to control. What hurts me is the crap McLaren keep giving Lewis not Lewis driving!!

anyone catch Lewis's bbc interview? apparently he made a few comments about his team and something weird happened with the mclaren PR man...i chose to watch sky today. i could find out later on the bbc website

I watched it.He was very very cagey, weighing up every word before he spoke and Whitmarsh was right beside him just out of picture shot. I didn't hear him say anything bad about the team. He praised them, but my was he measuring his words!!

ted kravitz just said on sky that he believes lewis and the team have totally "checked out" from each other after observing them with each other this weekend...the breakdown is clear for everyone around mclaren to see now...james allen and now ted kravitz, perhaps there's more to come before the season ends

I'm sure there will be. we've only seen the tip of the iceberg till these last few weeks.

Not a bad race. Hülkenberg is doing a great job of proving why I think he should be in one of the top teams sooner rather than later. Nice to see Grosjean get a good result, although watching how cautious he was being at stages made me feel a little sorry for him. If he can have a strong end to the season, I think he'll do much better next year. Nice pace from the Toro Rosso guys, too, although I was hoping Ricciardo would finish ahead of Vergne. Reckon they'll both be kept on for next year. It's a big shame that Hamilton had problems because I thought he'd have had a good run at getting on the podium. That astroturf was ridiculous, too!

Finally, Massa's strong pace is probably going to secure him his seat for next year. He's been driving strongly since Monza, so if he can keep this up for an entire season, Ferrari might actually be in with a shot of the WCC next year. :P

Lol Massa catches right up on Alonso's rear wing at the end of the DRS straight, and suddenly backs off almost 2 seconds. "Fernando is slower than you, do not pass him".

Hate team orders. Wish all team were like red bull and just let them race.

What was the reason for allowing team orders? After the ferrari scandal I thought that was more reason to leave them out of the rules

Errrrr... "Mark, hold station"?

Team orders are allowed because this is, uh, a team sport. :hehe:

This was the first 1-2 for any team this season :yikes:

That's actually quite surprising.

Hurry up and leave Lewis so we don't have to listen to your stupid fans! Get used to him busting his balls for 1 point people!

:hehe:

Tell us again how Lewis has made a mistake leaving this sh*t for bricks team. :hehe:

Oh, I don't know...

I also saw Teds Notebook and I'd expect things to be frosty when your driver announces with six races remaining that he intends to leave, when the team is working hard on developing a car for the current driver lineup. I would suspect that Sergio Perez is getting a similar cold shoulder at Sauber. I simply don't believe that McLaren would throw away points and a chance of a constructors title to piss off Lewis Hamilton.

I'd believe anything of that team after the past two years.

I firmly believe that Lewis has had some extreme bad luck, for all we know Lewis could finish on the podium for the next four races, there is no conspiracy at McLaren, the team want to score as many points as possible to earn the maximum monies they can for constructors points.

Such a small minded comment....not once did i say they were doing this because they wanted to piss Lewis off, i mean how dumb is that logic? My argument has always been that they would prefer Button fighting for the championship rather than a driver that is leaving at the end of the season. After Japan i thought they were gonna let it go but they didn't. Jenson was all set to outrace Lewis today cos quite frankly the cars they have given Lewis have been below the standard of the cars that Jenson has been driving since he signed for mercedes (yeah Lewis could make it fast in qualifying this time but the cars have been ticking time bombs). The breakdown in the relationship is like you say not so surprising right now but that does not mean that Hamilton hasn't lost the support of the team...i believe he has and i'm not the only one.

People like YOU will always blame someone else, and that is a fact! Total fanboyism won't help you heal your frustrations over his results. The truth is, he pushed TOO HARD for that corner, knowing that the car he drives is NOT in perfect health! But no, Hamilton can't make mistakes, he is perfect, blah, blah... I already said that he has been unlucky and that he needs the team change, to start from the beginning. I don't hate or dislike Hamilton, I respect all the drivers that have earned the respect. My advice to you is: go, watch the replays from the 2008 season, it should make you feel better.
