We used to have a rather annoying Christmas flash file, that used to get added to the startup folder.

The file would start singing rude christmas songs the next time you logged on.

Evil computer pranks, very funny stuff. Back in the day there was an app called ePop, which was a hidden remote control app, we used to mess around with the admin girl's computer while she answered the phone, freaking her out big time. Other things we did was, switch the left and right monitors around, the desktop screenshot trick, mouse button trick, sometimes a combination of all three, and the best one, using the hosts file to redirect users from Google.com to an adult website.

God, I loved doing pranks with desktop settings during my informatics classes in high school. :D
The best one was to print screen the entire desktop, then hide icons and taskbar and set that image as a new desktop theme. I'm not lying, but they used to click for an entire half an hour or more, even the professor came and couldn't find the solution. :hehe:


I did that to a guy once. Had to dive across the room to explain and stop him from reinstalling Windows on the machine. :hehe:

maybe they can not work out how to do it! lol

My work one is locked down so it can not be changed. It just changes colour for who or what you are.

My home PC is a slideshow of all the pics on the computer. As I run 2 businesses from this laptop some of the pictures are just strange.
