The bottom right looks like a tyre. The bit in the middle looks like twisted metal, and the background looks like a church on a backdrop of forestry trees. Its looks rainy.

I think we're all going to wait for scotty to give us the bigger slice on this one.

What I see is a driver getting out of a car his thigh on the lower right and gloved hand pushing on the side pod. Funny how people can see such different things. Anyway it does look like an old (historical image) and I'm sure we'll all be facepalming for not spotting it when we see the complete scene.
