I clench my teeth every time a promising young driver signs with Marussia... the team seem to be killing more careers than starting / sustaining them...

Sadly, I see Kobayashi departing from Sauber at the end of the season, given the body language of Sauber's CEO Monisha Kaltenborn in the interview with Sky TV. To be honest, Kobayashi has been disappointing this season, being blown away by his less experienced team mate, Perez who has earned a top drive because of his performances this season!

No Kobayashi?

Let's face it. He hasn't been great this year.

I think he has been very unlucky this year, and could also have had 2 podiums if things had gone his way. Hopefully he gets a good result this afternoon.

No, but pretty good, Sauber have to replace Perez too, I don't think they'll get two drivers that are better than the current pair, so best stick with Kobayashi.

Although Glock, Binachi, Di Resta? Good options, we'll see.

After what I said about Kobayashi's season so far, I was really pleased for him today. Very glad he made it to the podium. The reaction from the crowd was something rather special. :)

What about Grosjean? Think he'll be dropped, the Lotus is a good seat too.

The problem for him is who can afford the repair bill? I've seen better driving at the dodgems!

It's a shame. The guy has speed. But the sheer AMOUNT of first lap incidents is so high it's unreal. That crash with Webber today was ludicrous.

The pressure is piling. He was on the verge of tears it seemed afterwards in interviews.

Lotus should just program the ECU so that during the first half lap he can't use 5th, 6th or 7th gear :whip:
