My Mobile/Cell Phone company says I can upgrade to an iPhone 5 for free, or pay £150 for the HTC ONE XL... Looks like I need to save up a bit

 Is the take-up on the iPhone5 so poor that they have to give it away for free?

It must be mate, I have a few mates who are true iSheep and even they have not jumped on the iPhone 5 bandwagon. I think they are still trying to get over the shock of IOS6

I'm truly baffled by Apple, why release iOS6 to iPhone4/4S users, just as they are about to ship the iPhone5, what reason do people have to upgrade? half an inch of extra screen!

maybe to iron out the bugs in the IOS6 before iPhone 5 comes out properly to all users and not the "Must have people"

Not today but yesterday; I went out and bought myself a Toshiba Satellite P875-S7200 laptop because my son dropped my Asus A72F X1 and broke the keyboard, it wasn't cost effective to get it repaired as I was planning on replacing the two year old Asus anyway; but wanted to wait until next year to take advantage of Windows 8 being pre-installed.

I returned to the call centre. Yay.

Ah, my favorite call boy :cloud9:

I hope his rates are reasonable for your sake, you've had a lot of maintenance and gardening expenses of late.

Me? Not today but yesterday... I found out what it's like to shower with about a half gallon of anti freeze. Who knew that much would come out in the process of replacing a temperature sensor? I didn't plan on the O ring from the previous sensor getting stuck in there and preventing the new sensor from sitting fully. What a mess.

Today I learnt that when you decide to drive a Vauxhall Astra through a puddle that turns out to be a bit deeper than you think it is. (about 1.5 foot deeper than you think it is) it can cause the engine to sieze and right the car off...

SWMBO was not amused..... as it was her car.

I did that once, got a new engine out of the deal as it happened during very heavy rains and the insurance company covered the repair under "acts of god".
