Now Hammy's gone it would be great to see him do 1 more season in a decent car like the Mac , be great to see just 1 more schuuy season

He definitely wont be in a McLaren unless it's as a third driver, a move to Ferrari for one season is a possibility as he'll probably be better than Massa and is still very popular at Maranello!

I won't be Ferrari, they have said it is between Massa, Hulk and Di Resta.

If Perez is not experienced enough according to Luca di Montezemolo, I am baffled as to why di Resta is in the frame as he has the same amount of F1 experience?

I know what you mean if you look just at their race experience, but to be fair, Di Resta had been testing for McLaren since 2008, and was driving in practice sessions for Force India in 2010 prior to getting his drive in 2011. Perez first real experience was as a full race driver in 2011. So if you look at their race experience - yes it's the same, but if you look at their overall F1 experience, Di Resta has significantly more than Perez, also with experience of more than one team.

Did di Resta ever actually drive the McLaren, or was it all in the similator?

Pretty sure he did at least a young driver test day with McLaren, possibly also some pre-season stuff.

That's what Madame Tussaud's wax figures are for. :hehe:

Jenson Button is modelled in Madame Tussaud's in London. The sign above him said "JENSEN BUTTON"

That is the usual way of spelling it. that bloke from Supernatural's name is spent that way.

He should be stuffed and mounted in some Formula 1 museum.

I think MIchael thinks so too, he has just announced his retirement.

I do think it's what's best for him, all the best Michael and it was an interesting comeback at least if not successful. Byebye now. :wavey:

But nonetheless, it's a rather noticeable mistake.
