Alguersuari could be heading to either Sauber, Findia, Williams even the green lotuses. i think good fit to any of those.
Yeah. He deserves another chance. Toro Rosso provided him with less-than-flattering exposure, and at the tender age of only 19 too! 
No he doesn't! Aside from trashing a Torro Rosso in Suzuka I can't think of any memorable moments from him.
A quick reminder then:
- Early 2010, Australia I believe, keeping Schumacher at bay for most of the Grand Prix in le grand Cane Rosso (because that was a total dog of a car) and scoring his first points at Malaysia and then Spain
- Valencia 2011, 8th in that race with 24 finishers (behind the 6 top guns and Rosberg)
- Best qualifying of his career a 6th place at Spa, only to be taken out by Mr. Bruno on the first corner
- Goes from 18th to 7th at Monza two weeks later (best finish)
- 7th again at Korea (after Red Bull-McLaren-Ferrari)
- Overall, 26 points in the 2011 season, one short of Di Resta (who was driving a better car and is now being tipped for a seat at the top teams)
All of this driving a back-midfield car (9th best at 2010, 8th at 2011 as Williams failed miserably). He was ultimately fired when he was on his top form for Toro Rosso, with his best results all happening on the latter half of 2011. He has all the potential of a hot prospect (in the current grid, the only driver younger than Jaime is his replacement, JEV... by a month's difference), with two and a half years of experience. He never had a chance in a proper midfield team, and I see no reason for why shouldn't he get one.
