McLaren's are very fast in Q, well done by both drivers.

Pity for Nando with another failure - broken rear anti-roll bar. Still, lets see if he can do one of his great starts and make up at least a few places before T1.

Really happy that Felipe performed so well. He needs to continue to improve. Perhaps the responsibility of being the lead driver tomorrow will give him another boost. He needs to fully optimize the good starting capabilities of the F2012 and, hopefully a performance edge under full fuel loads.

Also big kudos to Nando for sacrificing his first run to help Felipe - a real team effort. It did come back and bite him, but he would have been aware of that possibility so I think it was a great team move from the guy.

Really looking forward to yet another great race.

Mech problem for Alonso. You guys should check your facts, not jump to your preferred conclusion.

Don't sweat it, the ones who want to will jump to their preferred conclusions anyway, no matter what you say. Nando is a tall poppy and I'm sure he can handle that aspect. And, remember this, as one very talented driver always says, "no points given on Saturday". Lets see what tomorrow brings.

Forza Ferrari!

Good qualifying, the Mclarens have been fast lately and lived up to that this time. But I think Mass has a god chance here.

Poor from Lotus and Redbull aren't prioritising Monza whereas I think Mercedes are.

No they might learn.

Your right it might not be so bad, depends on how competitive the Ferrari will be for the rest of the year, this might have been a rare opportunity to score big points whilst simply picking off points for the rest of the time.

Ambrosia was ok considering, but De La Rosa was out qualified by his teammate.

Williams and Sauber probably didn't want to budget for Monza, but Force India wanted to focus on it but were unlucky so failed to capitalise and that might hurt in the constructors long term.

I haven't seen any btcc races on speed, except in the off season when speed replays everything at like 2am. $#@!ing nascar :irked:

You've not missed much. BTCC is a shadow of it's former self. You be as well watch banger racing instead.
