Is anyone watching FP2? No one comments anything.

Many strategies are being played out, some teams are still playing cat and mouse.

I'm watching. I can't read anything into practice this season, I just like watching the cars go around.

Well, so far it seems that the difference between tire types is really small. Many cars having technical problems already could provide many DNFs in the race. Red Bull doing only top fuel runs, interesting.

Should be a really interesting race. McLaren's 1st and 2nd, Ferrari's 3rd and 4th.

Fernando had a few glitches which, as a Tifosi I hope are all out of the system on Friday :) Engine failure (old engine so no penalty), brake problem and then gearbox failure (again old gearbox so again no penalty). Even with limited running Nando's time waas very respectable.

Best news for Tifosi was Felipe. He did the longest run of any driver, probably bringing a one-stopper into consideration. Even better news, even though he'd done the most laps and was on the oldest tires, his final lap was very fast.

Should be a great race.

I was going to ditch Rosberg from our fantasy league, but given the Merc's high speed and the possibility that this could one stop, I think a top five for him, top four even is in the cards.

Remember to factor in the DDRS :)

I'm factoring in more of the fact that I can't afford anyone else right about now.

It's going to be an epic Monza, may be best driver take the top step.

I forgot to record qualifying and just caught the last bit of it... once again Medium and Hard tomorrow? How did the Ferrari handle the hard compound?

Did really well. Felipe, Lewis and Jenson all did 10 or so laps (in their last stints), so all were probably on about same fuel load. All of Felipe's flying laps were in the 1:29's and his last lap was a 1:28. He did the most laps and he was on the same primes. Jenson and Lewis did about the same number of laps and all of their last ~10 laps were over 1:30 (with one lap each in the 1:29's).

Also, don't be surprised to see little to no difference in best times between the option and the prime - I mean, I doubt there will be big time differences between the tires here at Monza. You might even see faster laps on the primes :)
