Hammer - yeah I used to do a bit of karting when I was younger from 11-16. A long time ago now!! I actually hadn't even set foot (or wheel I suppose) in anger on a karting track in about 3 years until a fortnight ago, when me and one of my friends decided to go along to our relatively local kart track and give a couple of races a go on a busy Saturday. I was pretty happy as in spite of obvious (the way I felt it) rust, I managed to set the 7th fastest time for the day at the circuit, which I was pretty pleased about.
I'm the one on the right as you look at the picture, and yes, the overalls were too big for me, they'd run out of medium ones it was that busy, so I had to make do with large!!
I've never karted but I am familiar with spanking cars round country roads and left foot braking.

Favourite racing series: F1, Indycar, NASCAR, GP2, F3, Formula E, Trophee Andros, DTM, WTCC, BTCC, World Endurance... etc. etc.
for having a dream tho, more than i had at 14
