I am normally not a fan of this type of show, however this video is what the show is all about:

This is why I'm glad I completely stopped watching this show several years ago when it became clear that they were actively manipulating the programme to favour certain acts over others.

All this clip does is give exposure and a potential 15 minutes of fame to a brattish girl, with no real talent, for effectively being a complete and total b*tch, then potentially causing criminal damage with her tantrum. She is scum and deserves nothing.

In short it's all that's wrong with our society, not what's right.

I hate this show. It's so corrupt, it makes me angry.

I enjoy it. It's an entertainment program.

If peoole are naive enough to go on there thinking its fair, and that it's going to get them a long term music career, then I have no problem watching them make fools of themselves.

It is indeed a terrible endightment on the British public when you see the rating figures for these types of trash TV shows.

I'll admit I watched Castaway many years ago and the first Celebrity Big Brother, but that was more to do with Jack Dee trying to escape, but I will go out my way to avoid such rubbish these days. Cheap TV is all it is but sadly this type of nonsense bring in the viewing figures. I'd be more inclined to watch if there were people showing some sort of talent but as you say it's full of brats with no talent. Car crash TV is all it is.

Andy Warhol's statement could not have been more poignant, more true.

If you listen to the raw mic feed from a live concert from just about any big name singer, such as Ricky Martin, Britney Spears, et al, you will find they sound not a whole lot better than that. She probably gets decent feedback in her job as a Pink tribute act in bars because she likely sounds as good as they expect her to in there. The second song though, she sounded a bit worse.
That means any good record company can take regular folk singing, as long as the notes are pretty much right, from you or me or that girl, and turn it into a money making product.
All that being said, I find it unlikely that anyone would not know they don't sound good before they get on that stage. That's how I know it's staged.

LOL....but deep down, this is what the organizers want - drama sells. I bet this little tantrum brought a whole load of new jobless 'fans' to this show.

Btw what's with that Hanz Zimmer's Inception soundtrack starting up from nowhere.... :hehe:

The singing and the performance needs work but she's certainly got the Diva part down!

Having just wasted eight minutes of my life watching that clip; I think the judges comments are fair, I didn't think she sounded that great, she sings every song like Pink, just not as good!
