Spent the last 3 days at a beach resort nearby with a few friends (colleagues from my old company), it was the first time I actually went into a waterpark since being a kid and trying out the big slides! I tell you what, being a kid again is always fun. :)

Yesterday I went on a 7hr round trip walk. It was up in the mountains, up through pine forests, up past the tree line, about a 3.000ft(900metres) height gain. At the top was a place called 'Lac du retour'. A lake right up where there were still bits of snow, but alpine flowers all around and hot sun. In the lake were those little fish that nibble your feet (you get them in beauty salons/spa's). Had a picnic and swim here before going back down. Magic day!! I'll post some pics when Im back.

Skinny dipping? :braveheart:

Not on the pics 8-)8-)

I managed to get no sleep last night and I am considering drugging the child so I can grab about six hours sleep before picking up the other one from school... that's legal, right?

soundproof sensory deprivation rooms aren't illegal. they're also useful for "other" things, just ask DD.

Don't have any Calpol; will Whiskey work?

And what's the recommended dose of Whisky for a 2 3/4 year old?

Started a job last night, 12 hours on the nightshift preparing the olympic stamps. I'm going to bed now.
